Steve Thom

With 30 years’ experience in consulting and management, Steve thrives on the challenge of developing outstanding teams to achieve outstanding results. Steve's main focus is in bridging the gap between business and IT, providing key decision support to senior teams on how best to achieve their business strategies through effective application of process and technology.

Prior to co-founding The Pitt Crew in 2003, Steve spent over 10 years at WorldGroup and PA Consulting as a Senior Business Consultant. Steve established his career as PA’s IT Manager in the Asia Pacific region, aligning IT solutions to meet business requirements in a demanding, results oriented industry.

Steve holds a degree in Science (majoring in statistics and computing), and has a masters degree in Applied Statistics. 

Since 2015, Steve has been the volunteer Chair of Tour de Cure’s IT committee, in which capacity he leads a team of experts to oversee the development and delivery of the IT roadmap for this major cancer charity.
